对高铁铝土矿采用“烧结—高炉冶炼—Al_2O_3提取”工艺的炉渣成分对Al_2O_3浸出率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,铝酸钙炉渣体系中,无论是铝硅比(A/S),还是配钙比(C/A),在较宽的范围均可获得80%以上的A_2l_3浸出率。这说明该工艺方法对原料和操作都具有很强的适应性。
The effect of slag composition on the leaching rate of Al_2O_3 in high-iron bauxite by the process of “sintering-blast furnace-Al_2O_3 extraction” was studied. The results show that in the calcium aluminate slag system, the A_2l_3 leaching rate over 80% can be obtained over a wide range of calcium aluminate (A / S) and calcium (C / A) ratios. This shows that the process method for raw materials and operations have a strong adaptability.
