丁万河大桥上部结构采用变截面预应力混凝土箱梁,支架现浇法施工,支架采用碗扣式满堂支架,支架基础采用填河土围堰基础。支架预压是消除支架及支架基础非弹性变形,保证支架安全的重要措施,结合现场施工条件,在对各种支架预压方案进行比较后,本工程通过拼装式水箱结合注水及注泥浆在支架预压中的成功应用,解决了现场吊装条件差、吊装工作量大等施工难点,实现了支架预压逐级精确加载,预压后支架沉降满足要求的目的,确保现浇箱梁支架安全及浇筑的箱梁成品外观线形优美。
The upper structure of Dingwanhe Bridge adopts variable cross-section prestressed concrete box girder and cast-in-place construction method. The scaffolding adopts bowl-type full-scale scaffolding, and the foundation of the scaffolding is filled with earth cofferdam foundation. After comparing the pre-compression schemes of various supports with the on-site construction conditions, the project integrates water injection and grouting into the support through the assembled water tank, The successful application in preloading has solved the difficult construction problems such as poor hoisting conditions and large hoisting workload in the field, and realized the precise preloading of stages and the settlement of the supports after the preloading to meet the requirements, and ensured the safety of the cast-in-place box beam supports Pouring the box beam finished appearance of beautiful lines.
