四川攀枝花存储着丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源,随着矿山进入中深部开采,矿石性质发生了显著变化。原有捕收剂由于适应性较低,在现场生产中普遍存在品位提升困难、回收率偏低等问题,已经难以满足现场生产要求;因此新型钛铁矿捕收剂的研发对提升攀西地区钛铁矿资源的利用率具有重要的意义。在不改变现场原有生产条件的情况下进行了浮选试验条件的优化,高效捕收剂的筛选,通过不同比例含量的月桂酸、塔尔油和十二烷基苯磺酸钠对油酸钠的改性,与现场原有药剂的粗选指标对比可知,十二烷基苯磺酸钠所占比例为10%的组合捕收剂能有效提升钛铁矿粗选回收率。通过对某原矿含Ti O211.81%的钛铁矿进行试验,开路实验表明在精矿品位相近的情况下,新型捕收剂可显著提升钛铁矿回收率10%以上。闭路试验表明,采用预先脱硫-一粗三精一扫-中矿顺序返回的工艺流程,采用现场原有药剂,可以得到Ti O2品位为48.23%,回收率为49.48%的钛铁矿精矿产品;新型捕收剂可以得到Ti O2品位为47.36%,回收率为61.34%的合格精矿产品,较现场原有药剂回收率提高了11.86%。这对新型钛铁矿浮选药剂的开发和应用具有借鉴作用。

Under the condition of not changing the original production conditions in the field, the optimization of flotation test conditions and the screening of high-efficiency collector were carried out. The effects of different ratios of lauric acid, tallow oil and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate Sodium modification, compared with the crude selection index of the original medicine in the field shows that the combined collector with the proportion of 10% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate can effectively improve the crude recovery of ilmenite. Through the experiment of a certain ore containing 11.21% Ti ilmenite, the open circuit experiments show that the new collector can significantly increase the recovery rate of ilmenite by more than 10% when the concentrate grade is similar. The closed-circuit test shows that the ilmenite concentrate product with Ti O2 grade of 48.23% and recovery of 49.48% can be obtained by the process of pre-desulfurization-crude roughening-middling sequence return using the original agent in the field ; The new collector can get the qualified product with the mass fraction of Ti O2 of 47.36% and the recovery rate of 61.34%, which is 11.86% higher than the recovery rate of the original agent in the field.
