目的:进一步探讨加味射麻汤的作用机理。方法:采用放射免疫分析法,观察其对实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠治疗前后血浆cAMP、cGMP含量变化的影响。结果:哮喘豚鼠经用该药治疗 8天后与模型组比较,能显著升高血浆 CAMP含量(P< 0. 01)和 cAMP/cGMP比值( P< 0.01),并能显著降低 cGMP含量(P<0.01)。结论:加味射麻汤的作用机理与调节环核苷酸水平有关,此为临床用药提供了分子药理学依据。
Objective: To further explore the mechanism of Jiawei Shema Decoction. METHODS: Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the effects of plasma cAMP and cGMP levels on the allergic asthma guinea pigs before and after treatment. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, asthmatic guinea pigs could significantly increase plasma CAMP levels (P<0.01) and cAMP/cGMP ratio (P<0.01) after 8 days of treatment with the drug, and significantly reduce the cGMP content (P<0.01). P<0.01). Conclusion: The mechanism of action of Jiawei Shema Decoction is related to the regulation of cyclic nucleotide levels, which provides molecular pharmacology basis for clinical drug use.
