为了有计划、有针对性地培养人材,提高卫生防疫人员的业务素质,我们于一九八五年四月,到全区十一个县(市)卫生防疫站,对工作人员的现状作了调查,现报告如下。调查方法和调查项目采取座谈讨论、个别谈话,查阅档案、单项业务考核等方法,逐一填表(包括年令、从事卫生防疫工作时间、学历、进修与否等),统一汇总。
In April 1985, we went to the health and epidemic prevention stations in 11 counties (cities) in the region to make plans and targeted training of human resources and enhance the professional quality of health and epidemic prevention personnel. The investigation is as follows. The survey methods and survey items are based on discussions, individual conversations, access to archives, individual business assessments, etc., and they are filled out form by case (including annual orders, working hours for health and epidemic prevention, academic qualifications, advanced studies, etc.) and consolidated.
