办理《动物防疫条件合格证》是从法律上对动物饲养场的一种认可,也是维护公共卫生安全的需要。动物饲养场的选址布局、设备设施、人员和管理制度是否符合动物疫病的防控要求,是防制畜禽传染病的最基本条件,办理《动物防疫条件合格证》是从法律上对动物饲养场的一种认可,也是维护公共卫生安全的需要。笔者现将在《动物防疫条件合格证》的办理和核查工作中发现一些问题进行整理分析,与同行探讨。
Handling “Animal Epidemic Prevention Conditions Certification” is a legally recognized animal farm, but also to maintain public health and safety needs. The site layout, equipment and facilities, personnel and management system of animal farm are in line with the prevention and control requirements of animal epidemics. It is the most basic condition for the prevention of infectious diseases of livestock and poultry. Handling the Animal Disease Control Certificate of Conformity A recognition of the farm is also a need to maintain public health and safety. The author now in the “animal epidemic prevention condition certification” for the handling and verification found some problems to analyze and discuss with their peers.
