An exchange meeting on metal recycling in North China was held in Tangshan City from September 13 to September 17. Attending the meeting were representatives from 140 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of North China, responsible comrades of the metal recycling administrations of all levels, municipalities and the League and advanced units. Wang Tingzhou, director of the Bureau of Metal Recycling, National Materials Bureau, attended the meeting.
