本土文化是民族生存和发展的基础,是跨文化交际的前提和重要组成部分。高职英语教学应在注重培养学生跨文化意识的同时导入本土文化,学生既是西方语言和文化的吸收者,也是本土文化的传播者,更是多元文化交际的实践者和传播者。
Local culture is the basis for the survival and development of the nation and is a prerequisite and an important part of intercultural communication. Vocational English teaching should focus on cultivating students’ awareness of interculturalism while introducing into local culture. Students are both absorbers of western languages and cultures as well as communicators of local cultures. They are also practitioners and communicators of multicultural communication.
