简要分析了矿用可移动式救生舱热负荷的来源,介绍了目前国内矿用可移动式救生舱研发单位所采用的舱体隔热及制冷技术,并进行了优缺点分析。认为冰蓄冷系统在安装、移动完毕后不能立即投入使用,制冷系统不能实现无缝对接,且维护成本较高;液态二氧化碳节流膨胀制冷系统可在无任何外部动力的情况下,实现制冷、除湿、净化一体化,但其不适用于高温矿井,且二氧化碳一旦泄露,对人体将造成致命伤害,要求系统的可靠性较高。
The source of thermal load of mine movable rescue cabin was briefly analyzed. The thermal insulation and cooling technology of cabin used in the R & D unit of portable rescue cabin in China were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. It is considered that the ice storage system can not be put into use immediately after installation and movement, the refrigeration system can not be connected seamlessly and the maintenance cost is high. The liquid carbon dioxide expansion expansion refrigeration system can realize refrigeration and dehumidification without any external power , But it is not suitable for high temperature mines. Once the carbon dioxide is leaked, it will cause fatal injuries to the human body and require a higher reliability of the system.
