兖州矿业(集团)公司东滩煤矿在143下5和1301综采(放)工作面配置了德国SL300电牵引采煤机为主体的综采设备。SL300电牵引采煤机包括截割部、电牵引部(包括链轮箱)、电控部、液压系统、喷雾冷却系统及附属部件。截割部由截割电动机、摇臂、摇臂支承件、离合器及其剪切轴、截割滚筒组成;牵引部由牵引电动机、铸造外壳、减速装置、链轮箱和制动闸组成。电控部由高压箱、低压箱、控制箱、牵引变压器和接线箱组成。牵引采用强力销排式无链牵引系统,链轮箱与电牵引部使用液压
