本文针对非储量油气资产实物管理与价值管理脱节、数据分散、缺乏使用效果分析,导致资产未能充分发挥效益的情况;采取成立由财务资产、设备管理、规划计划、油气生产、基建工程等管理人员共同组成的固定资产管理机构,建设资产的投入、验收、使用、退出全过程管理体系,实现信息共享、盘活资产、提高资产使用效率。
