随着中国旅游业的蓬勃发展,社会对旅游人才的需求也是日益扩大。旅游人才资源素质的高低,逐渐成为衡量一个国家旅游竞争力的一项重要指标。本文着重探讨的是如何设计涉外旅游教育的人才培养模式来适应旅游业市场的人才需求。
With the vigorous development of China’s tourism industry, the demand for tourism talents in the society is also expanding day by day. The quality of tourism human resources has gradually become a measure of a country’s tourism competitiveness is an important indicator.
