先天性心脏畸形是产前诊断的难点,二维超声心动图是胎儿心脏畸形产前诊断的基本检查方法。近几年,四维超声技术在胎儿心脏产前筛查中得到迅速发展,通过时间-空间相关成像等动态显示模式,实时动态显示胎儿心脏三维容积信息,可直观显示心房、心室和大动脉的解剖结构和空间关系,并能评估胎儿心脏容积等,大大提高了胎儿复杂心脏畸形的诊断准确率,使胎儿心脏的超声检查更加简单化、标准化,降低了心脏超声检查对操作者专业经验的依赖程度。孕中期是诊断胎儿心脏复杂畸形的最佳时期。
