阐述了采用电渣分步熔铸法生产大功率内燃机曲轴毛坯的基本原理及工艺,并通过各种检测结果表明,曲轴的冶金质量达到了内燃机曲轴性能条件要求。与锻钢曲轴毛坯相比,可节约 5/6 材料。从而提供了一种生产大功率内燃机曲轴毛坯的新途径。
The basic principle and technology of producing crankshaft blank of high power internal combustion engine by electro - slag step - casting method are expounded. Through various test results, the metallurgical quality of crankshaft meets the requirement of crankshaft performance of internal combustion engine. Compared with forged steel crankshaft rough, can save 5/6 material. Thus providing a new way to produce crankshaft blanks for high-power internal combustion engines.
