采用载气携带法,实现了四氰基乙烯(TCNE)分子在铜(110)c(2×1)-O重构表面的吸附,并利用超高真空扫描隧道显微镜(UHV-STM),在原位室温下研究TCNE分子在该类重构表面上的吸附行为。研究结果表明,孤立的TCNE分子仅吸附在两条相邻的-O-Cu-O-链之间,呈“工”字形;吸附在缺陷处的TCNE分子,则TC-NE分子中的氮原子在氧原子缺失处变暗。岛状有序结构中的TCNE分子即可吸附在2条相邻的-O-Cu-O-链之间,也可吸附在单条-O-Cu-O-链上。
Adsorption of TCNE molecules on copper (110) c (2 × 1) -O reconstructed surface was achieved by carrier gas transport method. The ultrathin vacuum scanning tunneling microscope (UHV-STM) In situ TEM study of the adsorption behavior of TCNE molecules on these reconstructed surfaces. The results show that the isolated TCNE molecules are only adsorbed between two adjacent -O-Cu-O- chains and are in the shape of “工”. The TCNE molecules adsorbed on the defects, then the TCNE molecules in the TC-NE molecule Nitrogen atoms darken at the absence of oxygen atoms. The island-ordered structure of the TCNE molecules can be adsorbed in the two adjacent -O-Cu-O-chain can also be adsorbed on a single -O-Cu-O- chain.
