采用1m长的新型板翅式单元作为工业用冷凝蒸发器的结构单元,对此单元试样进行了冷凝与沸腾传热特性的实验研究.实验结果表明:当热流密度达到6000W/m2时,其总的传热温差仅为1.1K,比通常结构的冷凝蒸发器的传热温差减小0.3~0.8K.根据单元试样的试验结果,选用优化结构尺寸,设计制造了用于150m3/h制氧机的新型板翅式冷凝蒸发器正式产品,对其进行了工业性试验.测试结果表明:传热系数达到754W/(m2K),与原有产品相比,其重量减轻了36%,体积减小了40%.
A new 1m-long plate-fin unit was used as the structural unit of the industrial condensing evaporator. Experimental and experimental studies on the condensation and boiling heat transfer characteristics of the unit sample were carried out. The experimental results show that when the heat flux reaches 6000W / m2, the total heat transfer temperature difference is only 1.1K, which is 0.3 ~ 0.8K lower than the heat transfer temperature of the condensing evaporator. According to the test results of the unit samples, the optimized structural dimensions were selected and the official products of the new plate-fin condensing evaporator used for the 150m3 / h oxygen generator were designed and manufactured, and industrial tests were carried out. Test results show that: the heat transfer coefficient reached 754W / (m2K), compared with the original product, the weight reduced by 36%, the volume reduced by 40%.
