探索用化学免疫方法防治梭曼中毒。方法 :提出“潜过渡态”半抗原设计策略 ,并据此设计、合成了新型半抗原和人工抗原。结果 :该新型半抗原可成功诱导具有类酶活性的催化梭曼水解的抗体酶 ;还发现了一种新型的磷酰酯交换反应。结论 :实验证明了该半抗原设计策略的有效性。该半抗原设计策略还可能应用于能诱生催化磷 (膦 )酸二酯水解的抗体酶的半抗原设计 ,以及应用于有类似酯酶、酰胺酶、肽酶或核苷酸活性的抗体酶的研究。
To explore the use of chemical immunization methods to prevent soman poisoning. Methods: The design strategy of “latent state” hapten was proposed and a new type of hapten and artificial antigen were designed and synthesized. Results: The novel hapten could successfully induce the enzymatic enzyme catalyzing soman hydrolysates with enzyme activity. A novel phosphoryl transesterification reaction was also found. Conclusion: The experiment proves the effectiveness of this hapten design strategy. This hapten design strategy may also be applied to the hapten design of an antibody enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of a catalyzed phosphodiester di-ester, as well as to the use of abzyme with similar esterase, amidase, peptidase or nucleotide activity Research.
