有关脑的研究一直是人们最感兴趣的课题之一。由于神经科学家Jasper及其它许多学者卓有成效的努力,使神经科学进入分子时代。而神经递质则是脑内重要的化学物质,它起着将神经突触前膜的信息传递至突触后膜的作用。这类信息的捕获必须通过在体(in vivo)传感分析方法得到。该方法是在生物活体的原位对机体的结构或功能状态所作的一段时间内的连续检测方法,它克服了离体(in vitro)测定的操作繁琐、数据数量有限等缺点,实现了实时、定点、连续、长期的观察,反映了较真实的状况,能够得到目前其它分析方法难以得到的与生物体内物质变化相关的信息。
Research on the brain has been one of the most interesting topics for people. Because of the fruitful efforts of neuroscientist Jasper and many other scholars, neuroscience has entered the molecular age. The neurotransmitter is an important chemical substance in the brain, it plays the role of the information before the presynaptic membrane to the postsynaptic membrane. This type of information capture must be obtained by in vivo sensory analysis. The method is a continuous detection method for the structure or function state of the living body in situ of biological living body, which overcomes the shortcomings of cumbersome operation and limited data amount of the in vitro measurement, realizes real-time, The fixed-point, continuous and long-term observations reflect more realistic conditions and can obtain the information related to the changes in the biological substance in vivo which is difficult to obtain by other analytical methods.
