分别采用常规铸造法和两步法制备汽车涡轮增压器用Ti-47.5Al-2.5V-1Cr-0.1Y合金试样,并进行了显微组织、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明,与常规铸造相比,两步法的制备方法有利于细化晶粒、避免气孔和显微疏松等铸造缺陷,提高合金的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能;两步法制备的合金的室温抗拉强度增加了33.28%、室温冲击吸收功增加了33.33%、疲劳寿命增加了95.34%、腐蚀电位右移了236 mV。
The Ti-47.5Al-2.5V-1Cr-0.1Y alloy samples for automobile turbocharger were prepared by conventional casting method and two-step method, and the microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance were tested And comparative analysis.
