现代旅游已经由传统旅游向个性化、全域化、定制化阶段迈进,这样的时代发展特征必然要求导游职业回应能力进一步提高,以保证优质旅游服务体验。当前导游人员从业过程中还面临着职业服务意识淡化、职业素质差异化明显、职业投入感低等一系列现实问题,这成为制约旅游发展的重要瓶颈。能否在管理层面进行有效改进,提升导游职业管理工作自身的针对性、加快管理效果转移成为进一步提升旅游质感的依托。
Modern tourism has moved from traditional tourism to individuation, globalization and customization. The characteristics of the development of this era inevitably require further improvement of the professional ability of tour guides in order to ensure the high-quality tourist service experience. At present, the tour guides also experience a series of practical problems, such as the weakening of awareness of professional services, the obvious difference in professional qualifications, and the low sense of professional input, which have become important bottlenecks restricting the development of tourism. Whether it can effectively improve the management level, enhance the professionalism of the tour guide job itself, and speed up the transfer of management effectiveness have become the basis for further enhancing the tourist quality.
