测量了再结晶态Ta-12W合金板的室温至16O0℃的拉伸性能。在室温下拉伸,Ta-12W合金展示出良好的固溶强化和优良的延性。提高试验温度,合金的强度和延性均逐渐下降。特别在800℃时,合金强度急骤下降,其延性达到最低值,加工硬化达到最大,这是由于Ta-O和Ta-C固溶产生的动态应变时效所致。在800℃拉伸断口上可以看到局部晶间断裂。在1000℃至1600℃拉伸期间,合金强度继续下降,但延性快速升高,在1000℃拉伸断口上出现由晶界滑动产生的波纹花样形变带。
Tensile properties of the recrystallized Ta-12W alloy plate were measured at room temperature to 160 ° C. Tensile at room temperature, Ta-12W alloy shows good solid solution strengthening and excellent ductility. Increase the test temperature, the strength and ductility of the alloy are gradually decreased. Especially at 800 ℃, the strength of the alloy decreased sharply, and the ductility reached the lowest value, resulting in the maximum work-hardening. This was attributed to the dynamic strain aging caused by the solid solution of Ta-O and Ta-C. At 800 ℃ tensile fracture can be seen on the local intergranular fracture. During the stretching from 1000 ℃ to 1600 ℃, the strength of the alloy continued to decrease, but the ductility increased rapidly. At the 1000 ℃ tensile fracture, the deformation zone of the corrugated pattern caused by grain boundary sliding occurred.
