校企合作发展高职教育最早出现在19世纪末的德国“双元制”教育之中,并在英美等国的合作教育中得到充分的完善和体现。实践证明,这种教育模式体现了学校和企业的紧密结合,有助于培养出理论与实践、专业知识与职业技能并重的企业一线所需人才。认真研究发达国家校企合作的特点和成功经验,有助于推动我国高职教育的健康发展。
The cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education first appeared in Germany’s “dual system” education at the end of the 19th century, and it was fully improved and embodied in the cooperative education between Britain and the United States. Practice has proved that this mode of education embodies the close combination of schools and enterprises and helps to train the talents needed in the field of enterprises with both theory and practice as well as professional knowledge and professional skills. A careful study of the characteristics and successful experiences of school-enterprise cooperation in developed countries will help to promote the healthy development of higher vocational education in our country.
