通过对湖南长株潭地区中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的问卷调查和访谈,分析讨论目前中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的现状,并使用SPSS统计软件对调查数据进行深入分析。研究结果表明,角色认同、职业价值观、组织公平成为中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的直接影响因素,这些因素对中小学图书馆员职业倦怠三个维度的影响不同,影响力度也存在差异。
Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with the job burnout of primary and secondary school librarians in Changsha, Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region, this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of job burnout of primary and secondary school librarians and uses SPSS statistical software to conduct an in-depth analysis of the survey data. The results show that role identification, professional values and organizational justice have become the direct influencing factors of job burnout among primary and secondary school librarians. These factors have different effects on the three dimensions of primary job burnout among primary and secondary school librarians, and their influence is different.
