目的 :探讨四糖小培养在酵母样真菌检测中的应用。方法 :采用四糖发酵、玉米 吐温琼脂小培养、芽管生成实验 ,对本院 1996~ 19972a内临床发现的 2 0 2例酵母样真菌进行鉴定。结果 :白色念珠菌感染占 6 5 % (含类星形念珠菌 3% ) ,热带念珠菌占 17% ,近平滑念珠菌占 5 % ,少见菌种及酵母菌占 13%。从标本来源看 ,呼吸道标本占 5 6 4% ,泌尿道标本占 19.0 % ,外伤标本占 12 .3% ,消化道标本占 8 4% ,血液标本占 2 9% ,骨髓及脑积液标本各占 0 5 %。结论 :检测结果和临床相符 ,四糖小培养法有较高的推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the application of tetrasaccharide small culture in the detection of yeast-like fungi. Methods: Totally 220 yeast-like fungi found in our hospital from 1996 to 19972a were identified by tetrasaccharide fermentation, corn tweening agar culture and germ tube formation. Results: Candida albicans accounted for 65% (including 3% of Candida species), Candida tropicalis accounted for 17%, Candida parapsilosis 5%, rare bacteria and yeast 13%. From the source of specimens, respiratory specimens accounted for 56.4%, urinary tract specimens accounted for 19.0%, trauma specimens accounted for 12.3%, alimentary canal samples accounted for 84%, blood samples accounted for 29%, bone marrow and brain fluid samples Accounting for 0 5%. Conclusion: The detection results and clinical compliance, tetrasaccharide small culture has a higher promotional value.
