本文提出了一个计算任意结构换热网络灵敏度系数及灵敏度的通用数学模型,并给出了求解数学模型的方法。编制了计算机程序并用实例进行了考核计算。换热网络的灵敏度及灵敏度系数对分析干扰变量对被控变量和目标函数的影响是非常重要的。根据换热网络的灵敏度系数,可对换热网络的操作性能进行分析,对换热网络提出最佳改进方案。
In this paper, a general mathematical model for calculating the sensitivity coefficient and sensitivity of heat exchange networks with arbitrary structure is proposed, and a method to solve the mathematical model is given. The computer program is compiled and evaluated by examples. The sensitivity and sensitivity coefficient of the heat exchanger network are very important for analyzing the influence of disturbance variables on the controlled variables and the objective function. According to the sensitivity coefficient of the heat exchange network, the operation performance of the heat exchange network can be analyzed, and the best improvement scheme for the heat exchange network can be proposed.
