本文循着社会化的进程,着眼于社会化的具体条件,对犯罪的产生及其类别进行科学的阐释和定位,比较深刻地论述了在社会化进程中发生的两种类型的犯罪——劣势犯罪和优势犯罪。文章特别指出违法犯罪是社会化失败的一种结果,此时,行为人的行为没有社会性,具体表现为:行为人的意志与客观规律严重脱节;行为人片面追求个人利益不能为利害相关人所接受;行为人的行为不顾及群体物质生活条件的制约。最后,文章具体地分析了与社会化相关的几种犯罪。
