应用Fluent对某国外大功率燃烧器的燃烧性能进行三维数值模拟,研究余氧系数及喷水结构对燃烧器温度场及污染物NOx生成特性的影响。计算结果表明:适当的余氧系数和喷水量可以优化燃烧器内部流场、温度场,减少NOx的生成。模拟计算结果也可为国内新型燃烧器的分析研究和改造提供一些参考依据。
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the combustion performance of a foreign high-power burner was carried out by using Fluent to study the influence of residual oxygen coefficient and water jet structure on the temperature field of the burner and NOx formation characteristics of the pollutants. The calculation results show that proper oxygen ratio and water spray can optimize the internal flow field and temperature field in the combustor to reduce the formation of NOx. The results of simulation can also provide some references for the analysis and research of the new domestic burners.
