目的探讨阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊改善子宫全切术后女性性生活质量的效果。方法选择2013年1月至2014年12月,广西壮族自治区人民医院妇科因子宫良性病变行子宫全切术的患者共60例,随机分为研究组(阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗组)及对照组(安慰剂组)各30例,术后第6个月(即治疗前)及术后第7个月(即治疗后)所有患者均检测阴道pH值及完成PISQ-12问卷调查。结果研究组患者治疗1个疗程后阴道pH值较治疗前明显下降,PISQ-12问卷评分较治疗前升高,对照组患者治疗前后阴道pH值和PISQ-12问卷评分无明显变化,两组间阴道pH值和PISQ-12问卷评分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊可有效改善子宫全切术后女性性生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal Lactobacillus live capsule on female sex life after total hysterectomy. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, 60 patients undergoing total hysterectomy for gynecologic benign uterine fibroids in People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were randomly divided into study group (Lactobacillus vaginal viable capsule treatment group) and All patients in the control group (placebo group), 30 patients in each group, all the patients in the 6th month (before treatment) and the 7th month (after treatment), were tested for the vaginal pH value and completed the PISQ-12 questionnaire. Results After treatment for one course of treatment, the vaginal pH value of study group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment. PISQ-12 questionnaire score was higher than that before treatment. The vaginal pH value and PISQ-12 questionnaire score of control group patients before and after treatment had no significant change. Vaginal pH and PISQ-12 questionnaire score difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Vaginal Lactobacillus live capsule can effectively improve the quality of female sexual life after total hysterectomy.
