实训教学是培养职业学校实践人才的主要途径,也是提职中学生实际操作能力,在激烈的就业市场竞争中脱颖而出的关键。通过列举职业学校实训教学中的主要问题,提出解决措施,探讨如何加强管理,提高职中学校实训教学质量。
Practical training is the main way to cultivate practical talents in vocational schools. It is also the key to raise the practical ability of middle school students to stand out in the fierce competition in the employment market. By enumerating the main problems in practical teaching in vocational schools, this article puts forward solutions and discusses how to strengthen management and improve the teaching quality in vocational schools.
