采用NMR、GPC及双检测器GPC等技术研究了国产自由基聚合法生产的HTPB的微观结构。结果表明,不同批次的HTPB微观链节结构、相对分子质量分布等并无明显差异,而HTPB官能度分布差异明显,且HTPB官能度分布与推进剂力学性能密切相关,是影响推进剂力学性能的主要因素。
The microstructure of HTPB produced by the free-radical polymerization was studied by NMR, GPC and double detector GPC. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the structure and molecular weight distribution of HTPB between different batches, while the distribution of HTPB functionalities differed significantly. The functional distribution of HTPB was closely related to the mechanical properties of propellants, The main factor.
