压缩机组进出口管线的接管安装质量的好坏对于压缩机运行至关重要。接管装配应力过大会导致联轴器同心度偏差,偏差过大时易引起机组的震幅超标、轴承过热,严重时可导致压缩机损坏。本文以中七浅冷站安全隐患治理工程中所使用的C-102丙烷压缩机组为例,介绍CAESAR Ⅱ无应力接管分析优化与施工技术,采用压缩机工艺配管约束分析计算技术,优化大型压缩机组施工工艺,提高压缩机工艺配管的无应力安装的精度,确保大型压缩机组运行平稳,保证压缩机运行时无附加应力。
