本文从液化石油气(LPG)常温压力储存的储罐壁厚、加工技术、板材来源、安全性等问题出发,讨论了常温压力储存的局限性并与低温储存方式相比较,探讨了气源供应方式和质量、气象条件、罐材及保温材料等主要因素对LPG低温储存的影响。研究表明,低温压力法适用于我国四季分明的地区,北方地区可以低温常压法为主,南方地区应仍以常温压力法为主。低温常压法对大批量储存和进口低温LPG更为适宜。通过技术经济研究提出了限压工作,点选择的原则和方法。
In this paper, starting from the problems of wall thickness, processing technology, plate source, and safety issues of LPG storage at room temperature, the limitations of ambient temperature pressure storage are discussed and compared with the cryogenic storage methods, and the gas supply is discussed. The influence of main factors such as the method and quality, weather conditions, cans and insulation materials on the low temperature storage of LPG. Studies have shown that the low-temperature pressure method is applicable to areas with four distinct seasons in China. The northern area can be dominated by low-temperature atmospheric pressure, while the southern area should still be dominated by the normal-temperature pressure method. The low-temperature atmospheric pressure method is more suitable for large-scale storage and import of low-temperature LPG. Through technical and economic research, the work of limiting pressure, the principles and methods of point selection have been proposed.
