通过73m水下人工挖孔桩施工,总结出一套山岭峭壁边缘进行流砂、破碎带和有较大裂隙水地层挖孔桩施工的成功经验,施工中通过采取合理评估抽水能力、打设超前锚杆、缩短护壁深度、提高混凝土强度、干硬性混凝土、采用早强水泥和高效速凝剂等综合措施,顺利完成12根直径2.5m,桩长73m的群桩基础的施工任务。
Through 73m underwater manual digging pile construction, a set of successful experience of the construction of quicksand, broken belt and digging hole pile with large fissure water in the edge of the mountain cliff is summarized. Through the reasonable assessment of pumping capacity and the construction of advanced anchor Pole, shorten the depth of the wall, improve the strength of concrete, dry and hard concrete, early strength cement and high-speed quick-setting agent and other comprehensive measures, successfully completed 12 root diameter of 2.5m, pile length 73m pile foundation construction tasks.
