针对大型复杂过程系统用能的诊断与调优,发展了夹点分析(夹点技术)方法。提出采用虚拟温度法,确定各流股匹配换热的传热温差;将过程的夹点分析区分为操作型夹点计算与设计型夹点计算两个层次:操作型夹点计算用于过程用能的诊断;设计型夹点计算指导过程用能的调优。基于以上改进,开发了大型复杂过程系统用能诊断与调优策略,并应用于国内某厂乙烯装置的节能改造,可使该装置吨乙烯能耗降低4.187GJ。应用表明本文提出的方法是指导大型复杂过程系统用能诊断与调优的有利工具。
Aiming at the diagnosis and optimization of energy used in large and complex process systems, the method of pinch analysis (pinch-point technique) has been developed. It is proposed to adopt the virtual temperature method to determine the heat transfer temperature difference of each stream matching the heat transfer. The analysis of the pinch points of the process is divided into two types: the operation type pinch point calculation and the design type pinch point calculation. Can diagnose; design pinch point calculation can guide the process of tuning. Based on the above improvements, the diagnostic and tuning strategy for energy consumption of large-scale complex process systems has been developed and applied to the energy-saving retrofit of ethylene plant in a certain plant in China, which can reduce the energy consumption of ethylene in the plant by 4.187GJ. The application shows that the method proposed in this paper is a useful tool to guide the diagnosis and tuning of energy consumption in large complex process systems.
