回顾中国图书馆年会走过的13个年头,步履深深,可谓是让人印象深刻,催人奋进。1999年在辽宁大连举办以“世纪之交:图书馆回顾与展望”为主题的首次年会开启历史先河。13年来,历届年会的成功举办,为业界专家、学者和图书馆工作者传播思想、交流经验、相互学习和共同进步提供了—个宽阔的舞台,同时也对我国图书馆学理论研究和图书馆事业的发展起到了重要的推动作用。
