目的探讨情景模拟结合急救模拟人教学法在社区急救培训中的效果。方法将来自巢湖市某职业培训学校的96名学员随机分成对照组和实验组各48名。对照组采用急救知识讲座结合单项急救技能操作练习,实验组采用情景模拟结合急救模拟人教学。培训后对2组学员进行急救理论和技能考核,并且通过问卷调查实验组学员对教学效果的评价。结果培训后实验组学员的急救理论和技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),并且实验组学员对情景模拟结合急救模拟人教学效果评价较高。结论情景模拟结合急救模拟人教学能够提高学员的急救理论和技能,可以在急救培训中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation combined with first aid simulator teaching in community first aid training. Methods A total of 96 students from a vocational training school in Chaohu city were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 48 each. The control group used the first aid knowledge lecture combined with the single emergency operation skill practice, the experimental group used the scene simulation combined with the first aid simulation person teaching. After the training, two groups of students were evaluated first-aid theory and skills, and questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of experimental group students. Results After training, the experimental group students’ first-aid theory and skills scores were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the participants in the experimental group evaluated the effect of the scene simulation combined with the first aid simulator. Conclusion Scenario simulation combined with first aid simulator teaching can improve students’ first aid theory and skills and can be promoted in first aid training.
