目的建立柴胡中赪桐甾醇的含量测定方法,进行其资源调查。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamosil C18(2)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈(70-30);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:209nm;柱温:35℃。结果赪桐甾醇在1.60~205μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.99%,RSD=1.3%(n=9)。柴胡中赪桐甾醇的平均含量为0.385 mg/g,四川野生柴胡中赪桐甾醇含量最高。结论该方法简单准确,重复性好,可作为柴胡及其它含赪桐甾醇植物中赪桐甾醇质量评价方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Cantharella sinica in Chaishu, and investigate its resources. Methods The column was Diamosil C18 (2) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile (70-30). The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 209 nm. : 35 ° C. Results There was a good linear relationship between the isoquercitrin and 1.60 ~ 205μg / ml (r = 0.9999) with the average recovery of 100.99% and RSD = 1.3% (n = 9). In Bupleurum, the average content of Canthaxanthin is 0.385 mg / g, and the content of Cantal sterol in wild Bupleurum in Sichuan is the highest. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and can be used as a quality evaluation method for the isoquercitrin in Bupleurum and other plants containing.
