本文通过大量的试验,研究了淬火烈度和介质温度对渗碳淬火齿轮性能的影响。试验结果表明,适当提高淬火烈度和介质温度,可以明显增加齿轮的有效硬化层深度,有利于减小变形量,并且由于变形量的减小而使精加工成本大幅度降低,使接触疲劳强度也得以改善。
In this paper, through a large number of experiments, the effects of quenching intensity and medium temperature on the properties of carburized quenched gear were studied. The test results show that properly increasing the quenching intensity and the medium temperature can obviously increase the depth of the effective hardened layer of the gear, reduce the deformation amount, and greatly reduce the finishing cost due to the decrease of the deformation amount, so that the contact fatigue strength Be improved.
