目的比较单纯高血压病患者和高血压病合并其他脑卒中危险因素暴露者与对照组脑血管血流动力学检测指标(CVHI)积分值和各单项值之间的差异。方法选取在鄂州二医院作脑血管血流动力学检测的单纯高血压病患者160例,高血压病合并其他脑卒中危险因素暴露者140例与200例健康对照者(对照组)进行CVHI检测。结果单纯高血压病患者和高血压病合并其他脑卒中危险因素暴露者与对照组比较平均脑血流速度(Vmean)、最大脑血流速度(Vmax)、最小脑血流速度(Vmin)及CVHI积分值较对照组明显降低,而外周阻力(Rv)、脉搏波波速(Wv)、特性阻抗(Zcv)、动态阻力(DR)、临界压(CP)较对照组明显增高;CVHI积分值在0~74分单纯高血压病组占37.5%,高血压病合并其他脑卒中危险因素暴露组占44%,对照组占20%,且单纯高血压病组与高血压病合并其他脑卒中危险因素暴露组之间CVHI积分值比较没有显著性差异。结论高血压病患者的脑血管血流动力学检测指标(CVHI)异常。
Objective To compare the CVHI scores and individual items between hypertensive patients and hypertensive patients exposed to stroke risk factors and controls. Methods 160 cases of simple hypertensive patients with cerebrovascular hemodynamics detected in the Second Hospital of Ezhou and 140 cases of hypertension complicated with other stroke risk factors and 200 healthy controls (control group) were selected for CVHI. Results The mean cerebral blood flow velocity (Vmean), maximal cerebral blood flow velocity (Vmax), minimal cerebral blood flow velocity (Vmin) and CVHI in hypertensive patients and hypertensive patients with other stroke risk factors were higher than those in control subjects The scores of Rv, Wv, Zcv, DR, and CP were significantly higher than those of the control group. The CVHI score was 0 ~ 74% of patients with hypertension alone accounted for 37.5%, hypertension associated with other risk factors for stroke exposure group 44%, control group accounted for 20%, and hypertension alone and hypertension associated with other risk factors for stroke exposure There was no significant difference in CVHI score between groups. Conclusion Hypertensive patients have abnormal hemodynamic parameters (CVHI).
