统计神经外科常见的医疗损害责任纠纷产生的原因,从法医学角度探讨临床医师如何规避此类风险。方法:对2009年-2014年涉及神经外科的医疗损害责任纠纷案例进行统计分析。结果:神经外科医疗损害责任纠纷涉及医院级别较高,其中三级医院87家﹑二级医院16家﹑一级医院4家﹑专科医院1家;过错种类较多。结论:神经外科规避医疗纠纷应着重加强告知义务的履行及术后严密观察。
Statistics of neurosurgical common causes of medical damage liability disputes, from a forensic perspective to explore how clinicians to avoid such risks. Methods: A statistical analysis of the cases of medical damages involving in neurosurgery from 2009 to 2014 was conducted. Results: The responsibility of neurosurgical medical malpractice involved higher hospital level, including 87 tertiary hospitals, 16 secondary hospitals, 4 primary hospitals and 1 specialty hospital. There were a large number of fault types. Conclusion: Neurosurgery to avoid medical disputes should focus on strengthening the performance of the obligation to inform and close observation after surgery.
