十一届三中全会开启了我国改革开放的伟大历程。本文主要从民主、民主政治及社会主义民主政治的内涵解析出发,进一步论证了在中国共产党领导下如何实现社会主义民主政治并对其所取得的成就进行了高度的概括。认真研究这些理论创新的发展过程,不仅有利于总结改革开放以来我国社会主义民主政治建设的基本经验和突出贡献,而且对新形势下继续深化政治体制改革,坚定不移地发展社会主义民主政治,也具有极其重要的理论意义和实践意义。
The Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee has opened the great course of China’s reform and opening up.
