五年制高职生进校时,由于年龄偏小而导致在学习、生活以及心理发展上都存在着较强的依赖性。如何培养高职生的独立性,为社会输送合格的高素质应用型人才,就成为我们从事高职教育的工作者必须认真研究的重要课题。本文作者根据多年从事学生工作的经验,依据心理学原理对五年制高职生心理发展进行了分析,提出了培养高职生独立性的一些看法。
Five-year vocational college students, due to their younger age, lead to a strong dependence on learning, living and psychological development. How to cultivate the independence of higher vocational students and to deliver qualified high-quality applied talents to the society has become an important issue that we must seriously study in our higher vocational education. Based on the experience of many years engaged in student work, the author analyzes the psychological development of five-year vocational college students according to the principle of psychology and puts forward some opinions on how to cultivate the independence of college students.
