根据中国房地产指数系统百城价格指数对100个城市新建住宅的全样本调查数据,2013年12月,全国100个城市(新建)住宅平均价格为10833元/平方米,环比11月上涨0.70%,自2012年6月以来连续第19个月环比上涨,涨幅与11月基本持平(11月环比涨幅为0.68%)。同比来看,全国100个城市住宅均价与2012年12月相比上涨11.51%,涨幅比2013年11月扩大0.52个百分点。北京、上海等十大城市住宅均价为18994元/平方米,环比11月上涨1.31%,与2012年同期相比上涨17.56%。另外,按中位数计算,全国100个城市(新建)住宅价格中位数为7158元/平方米,环比11月小幅上涨0.15%。附表1 2013年12月十大城市新建住宅价格指数
