心肌缺血-再灌注(Ischemia/Reperfusion,I/R)损伤的保护是心血管外科手术中的重要内容之一。近年来,许多研究证实,褪黑素(melatonin,MLT)对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用,本文就此做一综述。
The protection of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I / R) injury is one of the important contents of cardiovascular surgery.
