针对新丰热电厂由于燃用煤种热值变化及燃用煤种灰分过高而导致一次风机出力明显偏大、磨煤机出力达不到要求、进入炉膛燃料量受到制约的缺陷,所以机组负荷最大只能达到200 MW。提出了通过燃烧调整、磨煤机转向挡板调节、一次风配风、煤粉细度改变等措施,在燃用煤种不变的情况下,机组最大负荷可以达到299 MW,同时煤粉细度在锅炉设计要求合理范围内、磨煤机单耗降低、飞灰含碳在正常要求范围内。在新丰2号机组实际运行中证明所采取的方案是可取的。
