采用数值计算方法分析了氢剥离试验中堆焊试块中的氢扩散行为及其影响因素。比较计算结果与剥离试验结果后发现，堆焊层剥离行为与其中的氢扩散行为密切相关。采用这种分析方法既可以在氢剥离试验中对堆焊试块的抗剥离性能进行定量评价，也可以作为研究加氢反应器堆焊层剥离问题的分析手段。
The hydrogen diffusion behavior and its influencing factors in the surfacing test block in hydrogen stripping test were analyzed by numerical method. Comparing the calculation results with the peel test results, it is found that the peel behavior of the overlay is closely related to the hydrogen diffusion behavior. This method can not only quantitatively evaluate the anti-stripping performance of the welding test blocks in the hydrogen stripping test, but also can be used as an analytical tool for studying the stripping problem of the hydrogen refilling reactor.
