目的:观察被毒鱼蛰伤大鼠局部P物质及肥大细胞的变化。方法:光学显微镜下观察不同时间被蛰伤大鼠局部肥大细胞数量及染色改变。结果:创伤局部有大量肥大细胞聚集,很快发生脱颗粒现象,并随时间呈动态变化。结论:肥大细胞在毒鱼蛰伤后机体病理反应中起重要作用。
Objective: To observe the changes of local substance P and mast cells in poisoned fish stinging rats. Methods: The numbers and staining of local mast cells in stunned rats were observed under light microscope. Results: There were a large number of mast cells gathered locally in the trauma, degranulation took place soon and showed dynamic changes with time. Conclusion: Mast cells play an important role in the pathological response of the stings of poisoned fish.
