目的比较中国当归Angelica sinensis、日本当归A.acutiloba、韩国当归A.gigas、欧当归Levisticum officinale和圆当归A.archangelica药材中多糖的量,评价这5种当归类药材的质量。方法从不同国家收集了46份当归类药材样品,采用优化的3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定多糖量;比较不同当归药材之间多糖量的差异。结果这5种药材中多糖的量差异很大,其平均量从高到低的顺序为圆当归(162.5 mg/g)、欧当归(142.3 mg/g)、日本当归(126.8 mg/g)、韩国当归(81.38 mg/g)、中国当归(80.75 mg/g)。从日本、中国和韩国收集的日本当归中多糖量也不同,分别为131.37、184.29、94.98 mg/g。结论建立的3,5-二硝基水杨酸法可准确测定当归类药材中多糖的量;这5种药材中多糖的量不同,其功效也不同,不宜混用。
Objective To compare the quality of Angelica sinensis, Angelica sinensis, A.acutiloba, A. gigas, Levisticum officinale and A.archangelica. Methods 46 samples of Chinese angelica were collected from different countries. The optimum amount of polysaccharide was determined by using 3,5 - dinitrosalicylic acid method. The differences of polysaccharide content between different Angelica species were compared. Results The quantities of polysaccharides in these five kinds of medicinal herbs differed significantly. The order of the average amount of polysaccharides was: Angelica sinensis (162.5 mg / g), Angelica sinensis (142.3 mg / g), Angelica sinensis (126.8 mg / g) Angelica sinensis (81.38 mg / g), Angelica sinensis (80.75 mg / g). The amount of polysaccharides in Angelica sinensis collected from Japan, China and Korea were also different, which were 131.37, 184.29 and 94.98 mg / g, respectively. Conclusion The established 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method can accurately determine the amount of polysaccharides in Radix Angelicae Sinensis; the amount of polysaccharides in these five kinds of herbs is different, and their efficacy is different, so they should not be mixed.
