许高达同志,1933年6月生,福建仙游人。1956年毕业于北京石油学院机械系储运专业,毕业后曾在石油工业部北京勘察设计院从事科研设计工作。1961年调新疆石油管理局勘察设计研究院(1982年以前为新疆石油管理局油田规划设计处),历任技术员、专业组长、研究室副主任兼副主任工程师、研究所主任工程师兼副所长等职,现任规划室主任工程师。1983年被授予高级工程师职称,1989年被批准为享受教授级待遇的高级工程师。1990年获局市级“模范科技工作者”称号,1991年获“新疆维吾尔族自治区1990年度优秀专业
