对废柱式超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合特性进行了系统的研究.进而给出了转子蜗杆和定子螺旋面上载荷分布和接触疲劳强度条件,分析了接触疲劳强度的影响因素和影响规律,为该种传动的设计与制造提供了理论依据。
The meshing characteristics of the spent column toroidal planetary worm drive system were systematically studied. Then the load distribution and contact fatigue strength of the worm and stator helix are given. The influencing factors and influencing rules of the contact fatigue strength are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of this kind of transmission.
